About the Role:

We are recruiting for a Debt Recovery Executive to join our client in Ammanford. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting outstanding debts from customers and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To contact customers with overdue payments and negotiate settlements.
  • To maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers.
  • To identify and pursue new debt recovery opportunities.
  • To work collaboratively with the credit control team to achieve targets.

Requirements:

  • A relevant Accounts or Finance qualification.
  • Proven experience in debt recovery or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Salary:

The salary for this role is £32-37k per annum, depending on experience.
