Job Title: Debt Recovery Lead

At Brook Street UK, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Debt Recovery Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the credit control team, sales ledger, and business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the credit control team to ensure efficient collection of payments from customers.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce bad debt.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Accounts/Finance qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Proven experience in credit control or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
