Chief Clinical Officer - Neurodiversity Expert

Neuro Spectroom is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Clinical Officer to lead our clinical team and oversee the delivery of high-quality online therapy services and support for members of the autistic community.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical leadership, with experience in providing counseling services to individuals on the autism spectrum. They will be responsible for guiding the development and implementation of our clinical programs, ensuring that our interventions are evidence-based, person-centered, and aligned with industry best practices.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of clinical professionals. They will be passionate about the mission of supporting autistic individuals and their families, and committed to cultural competence, inclusivity, and person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the clinical team
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and services
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance the impact and reach of our counseling services
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to understand their needs and gather feedback

Requirements:

  • Clinical degree (e.g., Psychology, Counseling, Social Work) and relevant professional licensure
  • Extensive experience in providing counseling services, preferably with a focus on working with individuals on the autism spectrum
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of clinical professionals
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions for autistic individuals
  • Familiarity with the unique needs and challenges faced by the autistic community
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to cultural competence, inclusivity, and person-centered care
