Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting people managers and leaders across Talentloop to build and maintain a high-performance culture, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Management of all elements of the employee lifecycle, from entry to exit, utilizing our HRIS system to streamline processes and ensure compliance.
  • Ownership of the recruitment processes across Talentloop, advising on best practices and utilizing Teamtailor to create a exceptional candidate experience.
  • Working with key stakeholders to develop Talentloop's employer branding, building talent pipelines, and reducing reliance on agencies.
  • Overseeing all employee relations processes, ensuring that people managers are supported to manage processes fairly and compliantly.
  • Ensuring compliance within HR and some elements of health and safety, maintaining accurate records and managing risks.
  • Ownership of the HR KPIs, working with people managers and leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to enhance people metrics.
  • Collaborating with people managers to create learning and development plans, supporting the appraisal process, and promoting a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements:

  • Mid-senior level HR professional with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
