Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team based in Scotland. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and servicing security systems in accordance with company procedures and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Repair, maintain, and service security systems, including CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures and industry standards.
  • Commission new systems and ensure that they are functioning correctly.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Good basic education and a relevant qualification in the electrical/electronic industry.
  • Field service experience and a good standard of IT skills.
  • Good level of customer service experience and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • IPAF, ECS, CSCS, Safety Passport holder or similar would be beneficial.
  • Full UK driving license and the ability to travel to customer sites.
