Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at PP Associates Ltd.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and organized individual to provide high-quality business support services, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and service standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- To deliver high-quality administrative support duties, encompassing various tasks such as typing routine documentation, processing invoices, and updating databases.
- To maintain confidentiality at all times, adhering to the principles of the Corporate Equality Policy and the Data Protection Act.
- To administer card payments over the telephone, manage staff timesheets, and collate staffing hours.
- To update spreadsheets and databases via data entry, providing analysis for relevant service areas as per the service specification.
- To assist in reception duties, meeting and greeting visitors, and contacting relevant managers for performance returns.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary range for this position is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive working environment.
