Exciting Opportunity in Housing Support

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housing Support Specialist to join our team in Ebbw Vale. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting individuals with tenancy-related issues.

About the Role:

  • As a Housing Support Specialist, you will provide advice, support, and motivation to clients experiencing difficulties with their tenancies.
  • You will be responsible for conducting assessments and casework with clients to facilitate the best possible outcomes.
  • Your expertise in current welfare and housing benefits will be valuable in assisting clients with their finances and grant claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake assessments and casework with clients to address social isolation and exclusion.
  • Develop positive working relationships with clients to facilitate successful outcomes.
  • Liaise with relevant agencies to support clients with their finances and grant claims.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of experience as a Tenancy Support Worker.
  • Detailed knowledge of current welfare and housing benefits.
  • Ability to drive and access to your own vehicle.
