We are seeking a skilled and experienced Room Leader, Assistant Deputy Manager, to join our client in Oxfordshire.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of nursery practitioners, plan and implement engaging learning activities, observe and assess children's progress, and collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to provide exceptional care and education.

Job Summary:
  • Lead a Team: Supervise and support a team of nursery practitioners to achieve high-quality care and education outcomes.
  • Develop Curriculum: Create and implement play-based learning activities that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Assess and Record Progress: Regularly observe and assess children's learning and development, documenting progress and sharing insights with colleagues and parents.
