Cast UK Limited is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Warehousing & Transport operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective management of our distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team across various departments, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that processes are streamlined, cost-effective, and meet the highest standards of quality and service.
- Business Strategy: Develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals, focusing on growth, customer satisfaction, and market expansion.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising on service quality.
- Client Relationships: Maintain and develop strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Director or in a similar leadership role within the distribution/logistics sector.
- Skills: Strong understanding of distribution processes and supply chain management, exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Education: Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies, experience in financial management and budgeting.
Remuneration: £60,000 - £65,000 + Car/Car Allowance, Bonus + Benefits
