Supporting Children's Learning in Nursery

Step Teachers is recruiting an experienced Nursery Teaching Assistant to join their team in November. The successful candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and excellent communication skills.

The role involves supporting children's learning and development in the classroom, encouraging positive behaviour and providing pastoral care when needed. You will also assist the class teacher with planning and delivering engaging activities that promote learning.

To be successful in this role, you will need a Level 3 Teaching Assistant/Early Years qualification or equivalent and previous experience working as a Nursery/EYFS Teaching Assistant. A strong understanding of child development and learning principles is essential.

Salary: This role offers a competitive salary, approximately £30,000 per year.
