Leadership Development Programme Administrator

We are currently seeking a dedicated Management Training Support Coordinator to join our client, a leading organisation in leadership and management development programmes, serving clients across the UK and globally.
Job Description- This role will involve coordinating and administering various development programmes and training initiatives, ranging from one-day sessions to over 12-month-long projects.
- You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
Your key responsibilities include managing every project from start to finish, taking ownership of its success.
Developing strong relationships with clients and colleagues, extending beyond the scope of individual projects, is also a key part of this role.
Requirements- The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and time management skills, ensuring seamless programme delivery.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office, with at least 2 years of daily experience is essential.
- Demonstrated expertise in MS Excel is crucial.
- Prior experience within the Learning & Development field is highly advantageous.
Salary range: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum.
