Head of Predictive Analytics

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to lead our decision science initiatives, focusing on delivery and strategy implementation. As the Head of Decision Science, you will be responsible for driving GenAI strategy, ensuring AI initiatives and ML models contribute to business OKRs, and influencing the evolution and continuous improvement of predictive modeling and machine learning techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement decision science strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver ML and AI projects that bring customer and business value.
- Formulate business cases around ML and AI, understanding business strategy, and possessing communication skills to translate data artifacts into actionable business initiatives.
- Prioritize and manage the decision science workload, targeting high-value projects.
- Ensure customer fairness in decision science work.
Salary
We offer a competitive salary of £95,000 - £115,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus annual discretionary bonus opportunities.
Requirements
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Strong background in data science, machine learning, and AI, with expertise in predictive modeling and statistical analysis.
- Proven track record of delivering ML and AI projects that bring customer and business value.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to work with internal and external stakeholders on technical subjects.
