We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will apply your expertise in machine learning, statistical analysis, and predictive system development to drive business outcomes. Your primary focus will be on developing custom data models, implementing predictive models, and collaborating with functional teams to monitor results.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data mining, data analysis, and machine learning techniques. You should be proficient in statistical programming languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.), familiar with data warehouses (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake), and knowledgeable about various machine learning techniques (clustering, decision trees, neural networks, etc.). Experience working in small startup environments and distributed teams/remote work is a plus.
