We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Acer Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursery practitioners and ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our young children.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of nursery practitioners to deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children, including those with special needs.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and healthcare workers, to ensure seamless transitions and support for children.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety and child protection.
- Level 3 Nursery Practitioner qualification or equivalent.
- Experience as a Room Leader or a similar leadership role in a nursery setting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
