Job Overview:
My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join their team. As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the baby room and ensuring the well-being and development of the children under your care. This is a rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills and a passion for early childhood education.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children in the nursery room
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Supervise and support nursery staff members
- Conduct regular assessments to track children's progress and development
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child's daily activities, progress, and any concerns
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive team environment

**Skills**:Must hold a Level 3 in childcare or higher
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a nursery or early childhood setting
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of nursery staff members
- Patience, compassion, and empathy when working with children
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle emergencies calmly
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety
