About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Hartlepool Power Station. As a key member of our HR team, you will work closely with line managers and stakeholders to provide support and guidance on HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide HR support and guidance
  • Execute reward, development, and organizational design plans
  • Maintain and develop resourcing requirements for Hartlepool Power Station
  • Deliver talent and succession mapping initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • CIPD membership with HNC or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in HR, people management, and unionized environments
  • Commercial acumen and ability to apply HR best practice
  • Extensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Ability to coach line managers and influence stakeholders
