Job Title: Cafe Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Cafe Manager to lead the opening of our new health and wellness cafe concept within our retail store. As a Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, demonstrating innovative skills in creating new menu items, and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe, including inventory management and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement new menu items that reflect changing trends and seasons, while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Lead and motivate the cafe team to deliver exceptional customer service and promote health and wellness principles.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily, weekly, and monthly revenues and expenses, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to develop and implement engaging content that promotes our unique concept and products.

  • You have a passion for health and wellness, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a premium cafe environment.
  • You have experience in managing day-to-day operations, including inventory management and staff supervision.
  • You are a creative and innovative thinker, with a flair for developing new menu items and promoting health and wellness principles.
  • You are a confident and vibrant personality, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and promoting a positive work environment.
