Job Title: Head of Account Management

Join Bis Henderson as we seek an experienced professional to lead our Account Management team.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our Account Management team. As Head of Account Management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct line management and motivation of the Account Management team to meet engagement and key business targets
  • Establish a positive and forward-thinking team culture that attracts and retains talent
  • Manage the team to deliver a consistently high-quality service
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the Account Management team
  • Ownership - Point of escalation for all customer issues and complaints to reach resolution in line with policy
  • Achieve growth and sales targets by budgeting and implementing a clear path to success
  • Establish great working practices with key stakeholders at all levels across the business to contribute to the strategy
  • Promote and encourage long-lasting customer relationships through effective customer engagement analysis
  • Identify and measure customer satisfaction targets for monthly KPI reporting
  • Understand current and future customer needs to contribute to the approach to change and modernisation
  • Work with other areas of the business to establish and implement effective customer service strategies
Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions
