About Our Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Asset Finance Implementation Consultant to join our team in delivering customer-facing consulting and support services across activities relating to our Asset Finance solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide BAU support, manage open tickets, and offer SME knowledge and issue triage.
  • Contribute to BAU services or implementation work streams, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with Lendscape consultants and product SMEs to establish project scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Support Lendscape's relationship with customers and stakeholders.
  • Produce clear and concise written documentation as required.
  • Learn and expand knowledge of the business domain and Asset Finance product.
  • Closely collaborate with team members to take shared responsibility for committed efforts.
  • Maintain and work to detailed estimates for all streams across projects.
  • Visit customers as needed to drive implementation activities or resolve support topics.
  • Assist the Engineering team in specifying, delivering, and supporting the Asset Finance product.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in Financial Services as an IT Consultant, with an interest in developing a career in Asset Finance.
  • Hands-on experience delivering projects in a client-facing role in system implementation.
  • Proven experience in implementation activities such as discovery workshops, business configuration, test management, finance configuration/testing, integration, and migration.
  • Foreign language an advantage, although not essential.

Experience and Knowledge

  • Two years or more experience in Asset Finance, including vendor or change management experience of Asset Finance system IT systems.
  • Hands-on experience delivering projects in a client-facing role in an Asset Finance system implementation.
  • Proven experience in implementation activities such as discovery workshops, business configuration, test management, finance configuration/testing, integration, and migration.
  • Foreign language an advantage, although not essential.

Skills and Competencies

  • Self-motivated and proactive, escalating to managers and senior team members when required.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across written, verbal, and presentation formats to various audiences.
  • Effective use of collaboration tools to facilitate communication and distributed collaboration.
  • Strong team player, track record of working under pressure, and bringing together experts to deliver a positive outcome.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.
  • Knowledge of Lendscape products an advantage, although not essential.
  • Technical skills such as SQL, log analysis, and interpretation, interfaces/APIs, and Cypress.
  • Analytical, inquisitive, and able to quickly resolve complex issues and explain them to others.
  • Knowledge and experience of using modern agile management tools such as JIRA and Confluence critical for the application.
