**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team at McElroy Resourcing. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for producing accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with all financial regulations, and providing exceptional support to our senior management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce financial statements, including cash flows, P&L accounts, and variance analysis, to provide a comprehensive view of our company's financial performance.
  • Complete monthly management and year-end accounts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prepare financial reports for senior management meetings, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
  • Record and prepare costings for company projects, ensuring effective resource allocation and budget management.
  • Implement and maintain accounting processes and practices, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Contribute to annual budgeting and planning, providing financial expertise and guidance.
  • Mentor junior members in the accounts team, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualification or relevant experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Highest levels of ethics and integrity.
