Salary up to £75,000 Flexible hours Company Pension Option for 4 day week About the company: HireIQ Finance are delighted to work closely with this local SME in the County Tyrone area as they seek to appoint a Financial Controller to lead their finance department. You will find an outstanding opportunity for an experienced finance professional to take their career to the next level, leading and shaping the finance team and being a key member on decision making for all future projects reporting to the Managing Director. Key Responsibilities: Entire management of the Financial Function reporting to the Managing Director Budget and Forecasting monitoring variances Prepare, analyse, and present accurate financial reports and statements to senior management, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Reporting on monthly accounts / year end accounts preparations for sign off by external accounts audit. Takes an active role in continuous improvement of processes and technology through identification of areas of opportunity.
