We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team in Dungannon. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of our client, leveraging their expertise in financial planning, analysis, and control to drive business growth and profitability. Key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining accurate financial models, analyzing complex financial data, and providing actionable insights to senior leaders.
Compensation and Benefits
A competitive salary of £60,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus a 10% bonus scheme, forms part of our attractive benefits package. Employees also enjoy private medical insurance, three months' sick pay, and a five percent contributory pension scheme. Additionally, staff members receive twenty-five days of paid leave, as well as statutory holidays, and can choose from various hybrid working options to balance their work-life harmony.
