**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide one-to-one support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Assist with daily tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
- Contribute to a supportive team environment, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure high-quality care.
