SEN Teaching Assistant Specialist

Pink Tile Education Ltd is committed to safeguarding the welfare of children and young people within education. We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting students with special educational needs.
Job Description:This role requires a compassionate and adaptable individual with experience in Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs (SEMH), Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), and speech and language delays.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Previous experience working with children who have special educational needs.
- Experience supporting students with ASC, ADHD, SEMH, PDA, and speech and language delays.
- A DBS check registered on the update service or a willingness to obtain one.
- A patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
- The ability to be adaptable, remain calm in challenging situations, and respond to the needs of the pupils.
- Must be able to understand and follow the school's safeguarding procedures and behavioural policies.
Estimated salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
