About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team at a nationally renowned specialist school. The successful candidate will provide personalized support to SEN learners on a 1:1 and small group basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support learners with complex needs in a specialist school setting
  • Provide personalized support on a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure learner progress
Requirements
  • Experience working in an SEN or care setting is preferable
  • Right to work in the UK - sponsorship is not provided
  • GCSE in Maths and English at grade C or equivalent
