We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workforce Advisor to join our Workforce and OD Directorate. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of a professional, expert, and specialist HR service to our Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist advice on employee relations issues, sickness absence, and change management processes to operational managers across the Trust.
  • Support the delivery of the Workforce and OD People Strategy, providing a specialist service to the wider organisation and offering proactive support to the organisation with the provision of expert advice on HR and ER programmes.
  • Work under the guidance of the Workforce and Employee Relations Manager to provide a comprehensive, high-quality, and pro-active operational workforce support service to managers and staff within the Trust.
Requirements
  • Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent relevant Postgraduate Diploma Qualification or experience and level of knowledge.
  • In-depth understanding of modern human resources and major organisational developments.
  • Performance management experience.
