Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced KS3 Inclusion Teacher to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating innovative lessons tailored to the complex needs of our students with Autism and associated difficulties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging KS3 lessons for students with Autism and SEMH
  • Collaborate with Teaching Assistants to create a supportive learning environment
  • Develop and implement effective lesson plans to cater to diverse student needs
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or ECT (Early Career Teacher)
  • Experience working with SEN/SEMH students (desirable but not essential)
  • A strong understanding of differentiated teaching methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A solution-focused approach to education

Working Conditions

This full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The working hours are Monday to Friday, with some flexibility to accommodate school events and activities.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
