Job Title: Paid Media Manager

As a Paid Media Manager, you'll lead global paid media strategy, operational tasks, optimizations, and budget management across various paid channels and engines, including Google, Bing, and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Use data-driven insights to improve results day by day, week by week, and month by month.
  • Account management and optimization include campaign structure, keyword research, keyword management, keyword bidding, ad copywriting, and testing.
  • Work with our in-house design team on banner and ad creation for campaign activation across relevant platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns to agreed revenue and ROI/COS%/CAC targets.
  • Manage daily paid campaign spend to ensure optimum campaign performance.
  • Conduct competitor research and analysis.
  • Report and analyze performance to show the impact of your work.
  • Delegate tasks based on prioritization to the paid media team.
KPIs:
  • Global paid media performance, measured against revenue, COS%, customer acquisition, and CAC.
  • Delivery of new campaigns, keywords, and ad copy across all relevant platforms and surfaces.
  • Reporting on performance and transparent communication back to the trading, buying, and management teams.
  • Driving better revenue volumes within COS% targets and acquiring more new customers within CAC targets.
