At Braidside Integrated Primary and Nursery School, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing on-site supervision, keyholder responsibility, cleaning and non-cleaning services under the direction of the designated line manager or other authorised person.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site supervision and keyholder responsibility
  • Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of school facilities
  • Coordinate cleaning and non-cleaning services
  • Work closely with the facilities management team to ensure the smooth operation of school facilities
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends
