Timber Mill Operative

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our production team as a Mill Operative at our Springfield Road branch.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a variety of woodworking machinery, including wall saws, edge banders, glue presses, and CNC machines.
- Manufacture washroom products, such as toilet cubicles, vanity units, and wall panels.
- Modify doors, including lipping, adjusting, trimming, and cutting openings.
- Ensure adherence to EHS standards by maintaining a clean and tidy work area, cleaning machinery daily, and performing regular maintenance.
- Proven experience in a timber mill or similar environment.
- Ability to operate machinery with minimal supervision.
- Relevant woodwork machinery qualification.
- Hold an FLT licence (desirable).
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and build rapport with customers and colleagues.
