Aerospace Engineering Technician

We are seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to join our team at Career Smart Consulting Ltd. in Aston Clinton / Aylesbury.
The successful candidate will work a 37-hour week, reporting directly into the Production Manager, and will be responsible for ensuring all products are built correctly using engineering drawings and instructions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with technical engineering knowledge or experience to develop their skills in electronic/electrical engineering, mechanical components, and product assembly.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to keep clear, accurate, and traceable records, and have a driven and reliable approach to work.
As an Assembly Technician, you will occasionally be required to do assembly with occasional test and fault finding on products. The salary for this role is up to £32,000 per annum, plus benefits including a monthly paid bonus scheme, contributory pension, and life assurance.
Key Requirements:
- Experience working in a manufacturing / production environment
- Technical engineering knowledge or experience
- A formal technical education
- Good electronic/electrical engineering skills, but also mechanical knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
