About the Role

This is a Temp to Perm role that requires the ability to support the identification of speech, language, and communication needs at an early stage. You will develop tailored strategies to address individual children's speech, language, and communication needs, collaborate with families, and train teaching assistants to deliver effective interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supporting Early Identification: Collaborate with the school team to identify speech, language, and communication needs in young children.
  2. Developing Individualised Strategies: Design and implement tailored plans to address individual children's speech, language, and communication needs.
  3. Family Engagement: Work closely with parents and carers to provide advice and strategies to support children's progress at home.
  4. Staff Support: Train and guide teaching assistants to deliver effective speech, language, and communication interventions.
