We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hotel Receptionist at Holiday Inn Glasgow Airport. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for providing a warm and friendly welcome, ensuring a seamless check-in process, and assisting guests throughout their stay with any queries or requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage guest inquiries, handle reservations, and process payments in a fast-paced environment.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless operations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with hotel information, services, and promotions to provide guests with accurate and helpful information.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Previous experience working in a similar role, with knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems.
- Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in using software such as MS Office, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work well under pressure, be flexible and adaptable to changes, and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
