EMEA Benefits Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering and managing benefits across 15 countries in EMEA. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and streamlining processes to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and administer benefits across EMEA, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Invoice and process benefits-related payments.
  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise on benefits matters, supporting the BYCare team with queries and providing guidance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and brokers, handling day-to-day plan matters and annual renewal cycles.
  • Oversee legacy company car fleet management across 5 countries.
  • Stay up-to-date with legislative changes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with the associate success team, payroll, and finance teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement automation where possible.
  • Lead benefits-related projects to drive business growth and improvement.

We are seeking an experienced benefits specialist with a strong background in employee benefits and vendor/broker management. EMEA-wide experience is ideal, but candidates with a strong background in UK or German benefits will also be considered.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be proactive, and have a proven track record of delivering end-to-end benefits projects. Experience with Workday HR is a plus, but not essential. Strong Excel skills and data manipulation abilities are required.

Vendor and renewal management experience is a significant advantage. German language skills are also an asset in this role.
