Join Our Team at Julia's House

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team of volunteers at Julia's House, the Dorset and Wiltshire Children's Hospice charity.

As a volunteer, you will play a vital role in helping us to raise funds and awareness for our charity. You will be working in our friendly shops across Dorset, assisting customers, sorting and preparing stock, and providing excellent customer service.

We are looking for individuals who are friendly, reliable, and willing to learn. You don't need any experience, as we provide all the training you will require. Our charity is committed to encouraging equality and diversity among our workforce, and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds.

By volunteering with us, you will not only be making a difference to the lives of the children and families we care for, but you will also gain valuable skills and experience. You will have the opportunity to meet new people, make friends, and have fun while doing something truly rewarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Sort and prepare stock for the shop floor
  • Work as part of a team to achieve sales targets
  • Provide support to the shop manager and other volunteers
