Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Manager to join our team in Wigan, United Kingdom. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and growing the account.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients, leveraging industry trends and market insights.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services, meeting client expectations and exceeding performance targets.
  • Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance, using data-driven insights to inform business strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients, maximizing revenue and building long-term relationships.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role, with a proven track record of success in sales and account management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, consistently striving for excellence and improvement.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to analyze data and create reports.
