The theatre team at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is dedicated to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. As a Theatre Support Specialist, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the provision of excellent patient care.
Job RequirementsThe successful candidate will need to possess a strong commitment to evidence-based practice and be able to use initiative to make decisions within their sphere of work. They will also require an active professional registration with either the RCN or HCPC and a degree or diploma in Nursing or Operating Department Practice.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is £29,970 - £36,483 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including leadership and improvement training, disclosure and barring checks, and equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
