Job Title: Senior FF&E Interior Designer

A new opportunity has arisen for a Senior FF&E Interior Designer to join our team at Hunter Dunning Ltd. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our luxury residential sector projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all stages of projects, from initial client brief to completion
  • Prepare FF&E schemes, present concepts, specifications, and costings to clients
  • Manage the design and manufacturing of bespoke designs, coordinating with suppliers and in-house procurement teams
  • Mentor junior members of the team through the design process
  • Work with the 3D visual team to ensure creative concepts and deadlines are met
  • Monitor and supervise FF&E team meetings, including team planning and delegation of project and duties
  • Collaborate with the appropriate teams to implement and monitor project deadlines and budgets
  • Organize and assist in the management of site installations
  • Oversee Estimac and ensure training programs are set up for new starters
  • Distribute, monitor, and supervise the preparation of design documentation by all FF&E designers
  • Confidently present to potential new clients
Requirements:
  • 7+ years' experience in the luxury residential sector
  • Proven experience delivering projects from concept to completion
  • Experience designing bespoke joinery and furniture
  • Strong knowledge of interior materials, furnishings, accessories, and artwork
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring teams and junior designers
  • Strong track record of successfully liaising directly with HNWI
  • Knowledge of interior architecture with the ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Ability to use Vectorworks for floorplans, elevations, and furniture drawings
  • Proficiency with Adobe's Suite and Estimac
What We Offer:
  • Salary: £50,000 – £60,000
