Job Title: Senior FF&E Interior Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FF&E Interior Designer to join our team at Hunter Dunning Limited. As a key member of our interior design team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to completion, managing a team, and ensuring that all design and manufacturing processes are executed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the design and manufacturing of bespoke designs, coordinating with suppliers and in-house procurement teams.
  2. Mentor junior members of the team through the design process, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  3. Work closely with the 3D visual team to ensure creative concepts and deadlines are met, and that all design documentation is accurate and complete.
  4. Monitor and supervise FF&E team meetings, including team planning and delegation of project and duties.
  5. Collaborate with the appropriate teams to implement and monitor project deadlines and budgets, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  6. Organize and assist in the management of site installations, ensuring that all installations are completed to the highest standards.
  7. Oversee the Estimac system, ensuring that it is running smoothly and that training programs are set up for new starters.
  8. Distribute, monitor, and supervise the preparation of design documentation by all FF&E designers, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete.
  9. Deliver projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all design and manufacturing processes are executed to the highest standards.
  10. Design bespoke joinery and furniture, ensuring that all designs are innovative and of the highest quality.
  11. Liaise directly with high-net-worth individuals, ensuring that all client needs are met and exceeded.
  12. Utilize Vectorworks for floorplans, elevations, and furniture drawings, ensuring that all designs are accurate and complete.
What We Offer:

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Pension scheme.
