About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity Manager to join our Amazon UK Services Ltd. team. As a key member of our Business Continuity Team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our end-to-end logistics network, ensuring business continuity and resilience in the face of disruptions and crises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business continuity plans to mitigate risks and ensure operational resilience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and operationalize severe event and crisis responses
  • Communicate complex information to stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Manage and maintain complex logistics networks across multiple modalities
  • Develop and execute program requirements, using data and metrics to drive improvements

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
