About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Caregiver to join our team at Little Bridge House, Barnstaple. As a Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to children with life-limiting conditions, complex needs, or chronic illnesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one care and support to children and their families
- Build relationships with children and their families to ensure a high level of care and support
- Work as part of a friendly team to provide a supportive environment
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Experience in caring for children with life-limiting conditions, complex needs, or chronic illnesses
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide a high level of care and support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
