About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Caregiver to join our Care Team at Little Bridge House, Barnstaple. As a Carer, you will provide respite, palliative, and bereavement care for children with life-limiting conditions on a one-to-one basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to children with life-limiting conditions, complex needs, or chronic illnesses
- Build relationships with children and their families, providing emotional support and comfort
- Work collaboratively with the Care Team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements
