As a Registered Staff Nurse at Spire Nottingham Hospital, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to a culture of excellence within our hospital.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for providing post-surgical care to patients and working collaboratively with other members of the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide post-surgical care to patients, including wound management and pain control
  • Take patients through their full hospital stay, ensuring smooth transitions and timely discharges
  • Participate in clinical skills training to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the hospital
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions
  • Minimum 12 months post-registration experience in a hospital setting
  • Surgical experience is desirable, but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
