Employee Relations Specialist

At Churchill Group, we are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our HR team, supporting wider management across the business on complex employee relations cases.

You will be providing comprehensive advice on employee relations cases, including absence management, redundancies, disciplinaries, and grievances. As an experienced ER Specialist, you will have a commercial background and experience in managing high volumes of ER cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and guide employees and managers across the UK regarding employee relations processes
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are met, and sound employee relations are facilitated and promoted
  • Support the Head of HR on completion of ET3 forms and production of Employment Tribunal Bundles
  • Produce confidential monthly statistical reports on ER cases, tribunals, compromise agreements, sickness, and employee turnover, highlighting any drastic negative or positive movement to the Head of HR
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects as and when required

Key Requirements:

  • Experience within the private sector and a strong commercial awareness
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
