University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Trust Board Coordinator to join their Corporate Governance Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to contribute to the delivery of a comprehensive corporate governance service to the Trust Board.

About the Role

You will work closely with the Corporate Governance Manager and Head of Corporate Governance to ensure the smooth operation of Board Meetings and Committee Meetings. The successful candidate will be highly organised, able to work autonomously, and possess excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinating the preparation of meeting papers, agendas, and minutes, ensuring timely distribution and follow-up actions as required.
  • Providing administrative support to the Trust's Board and Committee Meetings, including managing complex programmes of events and creating new and improved office systems and administrative processes.
Requirements
  • Educated to 'A' Level standard or equivalent experience.
  • Degree or equivalent professional qualification in business administration or a related field.
  • NVQ 4, RSA 3 typing word processing or equivalent.

The estimated salary for this role is £42,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
