Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Data Transformation Specialist to join our Business Change and Technology Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business transformation and delivering high-quality data solutions.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Analyzing existing HCM data processes and identifying areas for improvement
  • Becoming the custodian of knowledge for data migration and integration design within our HCM data workstream
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, consultants, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of data solutions
  • Developing and maintaining accurate documentation of data requirements and processes
  • Leading workshops and facilitating discussions to elicit feedback from stakeholders

Requirements and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing business change projects, preferably with involvement in HCM implementations or similar transformation programs
  • Strong data analytics and management expertise, including full understanding of concepts such as data quality, security, compliance, access, risk, and retention
  • Demonstrable experience in assessing and evaluating processes, with strong technical analysis and complex problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with HCM systems and processes within the hospitality or retail sector
  • Excellent organizational, planning, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to simplify complex challenges for stakeholders and provide clear explanations
