We are looking for experienced complaints professionals to join our growing Customer Experience Team. As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will be responsible for investigating customer complaints and working collaboratively with the team to provide high-quality service.

This is an exciting time for our Customer Experience Team, as we are changing our operating model to improve our effectiveness. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about making a difference and are experienced in multi-channel responses to customer feedback, complaint audits, and sensitive issue resolution.

As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will provide quality assurance within the team, reviewing correspondence with customers and colleagues to ensure consistency and accuracy of responses. You will also be pivotal in working with colleagues across the business to provide support for their Final Review responses.

We are looking for individuals with the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in the investigation of customer feedback and complaints
  • Experience in multi-channel responses to customer feedback
  • Experience of complaint audits and sensitive issue resolution
  • Experience in working in partnership with colleagues and external stakeholders
  • Experience in working alongside and influencing teams and processes
