Job Overview

Cluttons LLP is currently recruiting for a Sandwich Placement Student in our London office. As part of our Management division, you will have the opportunity to work within our Telecoms team.

Role Description

As a Property Coordinator Placement Student, you will assist the team in a wide range of work with public and private sector clients. Your responsibilities will include working with qualified surveyors to identify and determine client requirements, carrying out all work to assist the team in the day-to-day business, and attending client meetings as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with experienced surveyors to deliver exceptional results for clients.
  • Contribute to the production of tender documentation and develop an understanding of the procurement process on behalf of clients.
  • Maintain compliance with Cluttons LLP's working policies and procedures.
  • Participate in client design meetings and contribute to team-based fee targets.
Requirements
  • Ideally studying a RICS-accredited first degree in a relevant field.
  • A commitment to completing the APC training programme.
  • A strong record of working experience in the UK, primarily within real estate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
