About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Account Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health Glasgow Hospital. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering our hospital's marketing strategy and charitable purpose.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Nuffield Health Glasgow Hospital and the Nuffield Health brand across all stakeholders, using social media, local advertising, and partnerships.
  • Promote the hospital as the number one choice for patients and employees, using social media, internal, and external communication methods.
  • Organise events, conferences, and briefings, ensuring accurate documentation is produced in a timely manner.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including primary healthcare teams, consumers, consultants, corporate clients, and colleagues.
  • Develop a targeted growth referral strategy with revenue targets for selected specialties and consultants.
  • Ensure the hospital delivers its charitable purpose.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proven track record of sales, business development, or GP liaison in an NHS or private setting.
  • A proactive, enthusiastic, self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Good numerical and analytical ability.
  • Ability to influence diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong prioritisation and time-management skills.
  • Results-driven and proactive.
  • Proven experience of presenting to groups, including GP's, consultants, and businesses.
  • Proven experience of designing, organising, and delivering large-scale events.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in social media use.
