About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Account Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health Glasgow Hospital. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for promoting our hospital and the Nuffield Health brand across all stakeholders, supporting the implementation of brand values and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Nuffield Health Glasgow Hospital and the Nuffield Health brand consistently across all stakeholders, using social media, local advertising, and local partnerships.
  • Promote Nuffield Health Glasgow Hospital as the number one hospital of choice for potential patients and employees, using social media, internal and external communication methods.
  • Organise internal and/or external events, conferences, and briefings, ensuring accurate and complete supporting documentation is produced in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Build strong professional relationships with all stakeholders, including members of the primary health care team, consumers, consultants, corporate clients, and colleagues.
  • Support and develop a targeted growth referral strategy with revenue targets for selected specialties and consultants, incorporating key audiences such as primary care, physiotherapists, local businesses, potential patients, and other target audiences.
  • Ensure that Nuffield Health Glasgow Hospital delivers its charitable purpose.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proven track record of sales, business development, or GP liaison in an NHS or private setting.
  • A proactive, enthusiastic, self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative without supervision.
  • Good numerical and analytical ability.
  • Ability to influence diverse sets of audiences.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong prioritisation and time-management skills.
  • Results-driven and proactive.
  • Proven experience of presenting to groups, including GP's, consultants, and businesses.
  • Proven experience of designing, organising, and delivering large-scale events (200+ delegates).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in social media use.
